Diabetic Alarms during the night (Oticon Rechargeable Hearing Aids)

For any alarm needed at night, but specifically the likes of Libre and miniMed diabetic apps, you need to certain you will hear the alarms from your phone.

If you have OTICON rechargeable Opn S, More, Real, Intent: PLEASE be aware that you should MANUALLY SWITCH OFF THE AIDS BEFORE INSERTING IN THE CHARGER!

You can do this by holding the lower button (or main button on Intent) for about 5 seconds, until you see a red light. Then insert them into the charger.

This ensures they are fully switched off, and not linked to the phone. You’ll hear your alarms!
