Throughout my career, I became convinced that each hearing aid fitting is highly individual. That belief inspired me to establish an independent practice where I could focus entirely on achieving the best outcome for every client. Looking back, I've personally fitted thousands of hearing aids over the past three decades. One thing I learned is that hearing aids are rarely successful through a purely clinical approach alone. Every person hears differently, lives differently and has different expectations. That's what makes hearing aid fitting both challenging and rewarding. More than 20 years ago, I adopted a holistic approach to hearing aid programming. Rather than relying on a single fitting appointment, I believe the best results come from wearing hearing aids in real life, followed by careful fine-tuning based on your own experiences.
